Šime is back from Cadiz, from Spain, so how was the first part of your preparations ?
It was excellent, we were there for two weeks,plus one small regatta – Carneval cup, and we were very surprised with the quality of the crews, there were 5 or 6 of them- high quality crew. Regatta was at the end of preparations, it lasted for four days with eight races, and we won with convincing time.Entering the season is promising, and we are happy because of it.

Igor, let us look back on 2011, it was a very good year for you...
Yes it was a great season for us, gold medal on european championship, and bronze on world championship, it obliges us to continue to entertain our family and fans with good results, so we hope that we will have a good wind this year also.

Now we are again on Split olimpique sailing week, with 10 crews and we are looking forward medals ceremony, in the 470 class...
It is good that the class is so strong, we have 15 ships on state championship, maybe around 7 ships that are domestic, which is great considering last year. We are always ready to help new crews because we already know how difficult this class is.

Igore, what is next?
We are back to Spain, back to preparations, after that starts world cup regattas in Palma de Mallorca and in french Hyeres, and than classical world championship and then european championship, and at the end Olimpique games.

Tough year, everything is happening in short time ...
Yes, but we get used, because every year is similar, except for this first period, first three months and frequent preparations. Practically the world championship has just ended, and the new one is knocking on our doors. Good planning is everything now.
