
Competitors and judges are back. As soon as they returned to dry land, all competitors are greeted with a hot meal. Delicacies from the kitchen of JK Labud are the responsibility of a quintet with a very significant name – Apron (or Traverša in Croatian).
– We chose this name for our small culinary team because of the aprons our wives gave us before they let us enter the kitchen – said the head chef Zoran Šimić. Four more culinary masters share the kitchen with him: Andro Radić, Petar Tudja, Max Škrabar and Ljubo Prijić. Everything else, from buoys, flags and other important details is the responsibility of Labud's equipment manager Boris Koštić.
