The tenth anniversary edition of Split Olympic Sailing Week is slowly starting too raise it’s sails. International sailing event starts tomorrow, Sunday, and hosts , members of the Split club Labud, are getting last details in order to welcome you ,sailors who will be competing from April 12 to April 16 in the waters of Split.

Schedule for this Olympic classes regatta is set - Saturday (April 12) registration , Sunday sailing from 13 hours , and remaining three days : Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday race are scheduled for 11am. In addition to exciting racing events on the water under the supervision of top international judges, we can promise fun social events .

The Split, town over 1700 years old which has built the Emperor Diocletian , will delight you with its beauty and rich history . As friendly hosts who will make sure you have a pleasant stay, we have prepared an interesting get-togethers after returning from the sea. We would like to point out how for all of you , our dear sailors, this event will be an excellent test on the eve of the season , as well as good opportunity to scan the area before the European Championship for the laser in June , and the Finn European Championship next year , where again your hosts will be members of the Labud. Two top sailors, members of the local club Labud, world champion in Laser Radial Tina Mihelic and European champion in the Finn Ivan Kljakovic - Gaspic , would like to say:
